The place

Haggin Oaks is a Sacramento institution. The MacKenzie course is the one people mention when they want you to know the city has architecture in its golf, not just acreage. Municipal, historic, and busy in the way a good public course should be. If California had a hall of fame for courses that belong to everyone, this complex would have a plaque.
